Residents who are homebound with the need to receive the vaccine at home can register online or call 443-984-8650 to schedule an appointment.

Homebound Testing

Baltimore residents who are homebound can request a COVID-19 rapid test kit if they currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and face a barrier to transportation.

To request a test kit, call or text Civic Works: 410-929-5448, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m.

If you leave a message, please leave your name, phone number, and whether you need help with taking the test.

At-Home Tests & Masks
